Your doctor will discuss the best dose for you – this will be determined by your situation, age and the severity of the deficiency.

It is important to take your medicine as it has been prescribed even if you feel healthy and well.

Altavita D3 is also used for the treatment of vitamin D deficiency and alongside other medicines to treat certain bone conditions, such as thinning of the bone (osteoporosis).
